My belief is that humans at any level should have the ability to move well. Mobility and flexibility are essential for us to move well and to prevent injuries. My approach to coaching is a little different...Proper movement is a learned skill, and anyone can develop that skill or refine their abilities to create untapped levels of mobility, flexibility, and strength for daily life or elite athletic performance! All I ask for is an open mind a willingness for change of habits and deliberate practice to make change stick. I use a full body approach to unconventional coaching that will allow you the freedom to grow as a human at your own pace. You'll always leave feeling better than you started your session!
